Where are you located?

We’re based out of Kodiak, Alaska, with our partner roasters located in Temecula, California.

How did Kuukpiak start?

Kuukpiak started with a simple idea - better coffee for people who live for the outdoors. It’s about earning your cup after long days, early mornings, and real adventure.

Where is your coffee sourced, roasted, and shipped from?

Our amazing partner roasters are located in Temecula, California. We source high-quality beans from regions like Ethiopia and Colombia, then roast and ship in the U.S. for a fresh, bold cup.

Do you offer whole bean and ground options?

Yes. We offer whole bean as well as multiple grind sizes to match your brew method.

What if I don’t like the coffee?

No risk. If you’re not happy, we’ll refund you. We stand behind every bag we roast.

Do you ship to military addresses?

Yes. We proudly ship to APO/FPO addresses to support service members at home and deployed.

How fresh is your coffee?

We roast in small batches and never warehouse our beans. Your coffee is roasted to order and shipped fresh to ensure peak flavor in every cup.

What does “specialty-grade” mean?

Specialty-grade coffee scores 80+ on a 100-point scale and represents the top tier of quality worldwide. It means cleaner flavor, fewer defects, and a better overall experience in the cup.

How much does shipping cost?

All Coffee orders include shipping - no hidden fees or surprises at checkout. The price you see is the price you pay. Every bag is roasted fresh, packaged with care, and shipped directly from our roaster to your door.

  • We currently ship within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii).
  • At this time, we do not offer international shipping.📦 

Shipping Policy for GEAR (apparel, mugs, accessories, etc.) vary based on your location. Final shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout using your delivery address.

Important:
☕ All coffee products ship for free - no matter where you live. If your order includes both coffee and gear, only the gear items will incur a shipping fee.

Do you ship anywhere in the US?

Absolutely. We ship throughout the United States. Shipping rates for merchandise vary by location, while coffee ships FREE. We do not ship internationally, at the moment. We proudly ship to FPO addresses to support military members serving at home and abroad.

Delivery times may vary based on location, carrier delays, and seasonal volume.

What is your return policy?

We’re confident in what we roast. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we’ll issue a full refund. That’s our commitment to you.

How should I store my coffee?

Keep your coffee sealed in a cool, dry place away from light and heat. No need to refrigerate - just keep it airtight and it’ll stay fresh longer.
