What is the return policy?

Because of the perishable nature of coffee, we’re unable to accept returns. That said, our goal is for every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If something isn’t right, please reach out—we’ll do our best to work with you and make it right.

Are any purchases final sale?

Yes. All coffee purchases are final sale due to the nature of fresh coffee. Your satisfaction matters to us—if something isn’t right, let us know and we’ll work with you to resolve it.

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

What does "specialty-grade" mean?

Specialty-grade coffee scores 80+ points on the industry quality scale and is known for superior flavor, traceability, and responsible sourcing. Every coffee we offer meets that standard.

How fresh is your coffee?

Kuukpiak Coffee is roasted using a small-batch, demand-driven approach. Our coffee is roasted frequently so your coffee never sits waiting to be sold. Every lot is carefully tested and refined on Ikawa sample roasters before moving to 10kg and 15kg drum roasters, ensuring each batch reaches its full potential. The result is consistently fresh coffee that showcases the distinct character of every origin.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping Included

All Kuukpiak Coffee orders include shipping — no hidden fees or surprises at checkout. The price you see is the price you pay. Every bag is roasted fresh, packaged with care, and shipped directly from our roaster to your door.

  • We currently ship within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii).
  • At this time, we do not offer international shipping.📦

Shipping Policy for GEAR (apparel, mugs, accessories, etc.) vary based on your location. Final shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout using your delivery address.

Important:
☕ All coffee products ship for free — no matter where you live. If your order includes both coffee and gear, only the gear items will incur a shipping fee.

Do you offer whole bean and ground?

All coffees are offered in multiple sizes and two grind options, including whole bean, and coarse.

Do you ship anywhere in the US?

Absolutely. We ship throughout the United States. Shipping rates for merchandise vary by location, while coffee ships FREE. We do not ship internationally, at the moment.

What kind of coffee do you use?

Our coffee is sourced from high-quality, specialty-grade coffee beans from trusted growing regions around the world. Our focus is on clean, rich flavor and smooth drinkability — coffee that tastes great black or with milk.

Where are you located?

We're an Alaska-based, online-first coffee company. While we don't have a retail storefront as of now, we ship fresh, small-batch coffee nation wide. Our brand is inspired by life in the cold, early mornings, and the love for the outdoors.
