All Kuukpiak Coffee orders include shipping — no hidden fees or surprises at checkout. The price you see is the price you pay. Every bag is roasted fresh, packaged with care, and shipped directly from our roaster to your door.

• We currently ship within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii).

• At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

  📦 Shipping Policy

  At Kuupiak Coffee Co., shipping costs for gear (apparel, mugs, accessories, etc.) vary based on your location. Final shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout using your delivery address.

  Important:
  ☕ All coffee products ship for free — no matter where you live.

  If your order includes both coffee and gear, only the gear items will incur a shipping fee.

  Roasting & Shipping Timeline

  Freshly Roasted to Order
  We roast every batch specifically for your order—never pre-shelved coffee.

  Roasting Time:
      •    Standard Season: Roasted within 2 days of receiving your order
      •    Holiday Season: Roasted within 3–4 days

  Shipping Time:
      •    Standard Season: 1–4 business days
      •    Holiday Season: 2–5 business days

  Estimated Total Delivery:
      •    Most of the Year: 3–6 days from order to arrival
      •    Holiday Season: 5–9 days from order to arrival
